The Refund Policy is subject to terms and limitations, just like any other online transaction. You accept our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, as well as our Return Policy, when you purchase a training course on Exlearn Technologies.

Refund Policy – Technical Courses

(DevOps, Data Science, Automation, Full Stack, AWS)

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:
If a candidate wishes to cancel their enrollment in any of our technical programs, they can apply for cancellation and refund. The following eligibility criteria apply (whichever is applicable):

• Case 1: Refund within 3 Days of Enrollment
  Candidates are eligible for a refund if they apply for cancellation within 3 days from the enrollment date.

• Case 2: Program Starting in Less than 3 Days
  Candidates who have enrolled in a program starting in less than 3 days are eligible for a refund if they apply for cancellation before the program's commencement.

Refund Initiation:
Refund requests can be initiated in two ways: (methods to be specified as per your system)

Refund Requests Deadline:
No refund requests will be entertained after the commencement of classes. Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframes.

Refund Processing Time:
All refunds will be processed within 15 working days of Exlearn Technologies' approval. Refunds will be issued using the same source as the original payment.

Refund Policy for Data Science OSL Program:
Refund requests must be submitted within seven days of enrollment. Processing will be completed within 15 business days after Exlearn Technologies’ approval. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for enrollment.

Refund Policy – Non-Technical Courses

(CSM, CSPO, PMP, SAFe POPM, Leading SAFe, ICP-ACC, PSM, PSPO, SSM, CBAP, SPC, JIRA, PMI-ACP)

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:

• Case 1: Refund within 7 Days of Enrollment
  Eligible for a refund if cancellation is requested within 7 days from the enrollment date.

• Case 2: Program Starting in Less than 7 Days
  Eligible for a refund if cancellation is requested before the program starts.

Refund Initiation:
Candidates can request a refund via the "Orders" section or by contacting our support team through the Help & Support section of our website.

Refund Requests Deadline:
No refunds will be processed after the commencement of classes.

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of Exlearn Technologies’ approval, using the same payment source as the original.

Duplicate Payment Refunds:
If a duplicate payment is made, the refund will be processed within 15 working days after notification from the client.

• Case 1: Refund within 3 Days of EMI Enrollment
  EMI cancellations are eligible if requested within 3 days of enrollment.

• Case 2: Program Starting in Less than 3 Days
  EMI cancellations are eligible if requested before program commencement.

Refund Requests Deadline:
No EMI cancellation requests will be entertained after classes commence.

Refund Processing Time:
All EMI cancellations will be processed within 20 working days of Exlearn Technologies’ approval, using the same payment method as the original.
